Our cuisine is inspired by French tradition and Creole cooking, drawn from old family recipes passed down by our elders. Each dish tells a story — the story of our childhood, our memories, and our culture.
In order to rediscover these sincere and original flavors, we carefully select our base ingredients from Thailand and Europe, always prioritizing quality and authenticity.
All our dishes are entirely homemade. We take the necessary time to prepare them with care, respecting traditional recipes and know-how, to offer you the very best of French and Malagasy gastronomy.
